Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum legal age established for the Service and provide accurate information. You are responsible for account activity and credential security. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts to evade restrictions, or use automated means except through interfaces we authorize.
Content and intellectual property
The Service, including Hank, the squirrel, Get Sh*t Done materials, artwork, logos, text, design, software, and other content supplied by us, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to use the Service for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, sell, scrape, train on, distribute, modify, create derivative commercial products from, or exploit protected content except with written permission or as allowed by law.
User content
You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and promote the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that your content complies with these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
Comments, profiles, and moderation
We may review, hide, restore, remove, or restrict content and accounts to enforce these Terms, protect users, or operate the Service. A report may temporarily hide content pending review. Final moderation decisions are not subject to an internal appeal process. We may require profile changes, issue suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, end suspensions early, or permanently ban accounts. Suspended or banned users may retain limited read-only and subscription-management access as described in the Service.
Newsletter and communications
Subscription to optional communications requires your affirmative choice and can be withdrawn. Essential account, security, and moderation messages are part of operating the account.
Merchandise voting and waitlists
Voting and waitlist participation require an account. A vote is an expression of interest only. It is not a purchase, reservation, preorder, sweepstakes entry, investment, or guarantee that a product will be manufactured or offered. We may change product concepts, campaigns, dates, and availability and may review suspicious voting activity. Live totals are informational and may change as invalid activity is reviewed.
Tools and informational content
Tools, articles, newsletters, humor, and other content are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice and are not a substitute for qualified professional care.
Acceptable use
You may not violate law; infringe rights; harass or threaten others; submit unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or malicious content; distribute malware; probe or disrupt security; overload the Service; manipulate votes or engagement; harvest data; bypass access controls; or assist another person in doing so.
Third-party services
The Service may link to Amazon, Instagram, Substack, Google, and other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, transactions, or practices.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FINAL LEGAL ENTITY AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY. The appropriate direct-damages cap and jurisdiction-specific exceptions will be added during legal review.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination, disputes, and changes
You may stop using the Service and delete your account. We may suspend, ban, or delete accounts as described. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective.
Governing-law, venue, informal-resolution, arbitration or court terms, and consumer-law exceptions will be completed during legal review.
We may update these Terms and will provide notice as required. Final legal-entity, mailing-address, and legal-email details will be added before launch.
